Overnight Baker

Work alongside a small, professional team of bakers to create artisan breads for our retail and wholesale businesses in a safe, fun environment.

Job duties include: shaping, mixing, and baking on a deck oven. We offer competitive pay for experienced bakers. 

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILLS:
Previous bread baking experience
Self-motivated
Takes direction well
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Attention to detail

Hours: Midnight to 8am

Wholesale Team Member

Rustica Bakery is now hiring a Wholesale Bread and Pastry Delivery Driver to expand our brand! Work alongside our Wholesale Coordinator, packaging and delivering our baked goods to our various accounts across the metro area. Come grow with us!

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILLS:
Flexibility and desire to work in a team setting
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Hours: Days can start as early as 4am (including 2 weekends a month)
Part-Time, with opportunity for additional hours and responsibility

Prep/Line Cook

Rustica Bakery is now hiring FT/PT cooks to help expand our brand.

Work beside Chef Beth Fisher in a supportive kitchen using the highest quality ingredients while growing the savory side of our business. A can do attitude is a must, as is line cooking experience. Together we are certain to exceed customer expectations with our newly expanding fresh, fast & delicious culinary offerings.

Hours: 6 AM to 2 PM
Both Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
Must be available a minimum 2 weekends per month.
