Café Noix

Gateau Breton

A simple, moist butter cake flavored with Calvados (apple brandy). * butter, sugar, flour, egg, Calvados (apple brandy) *keep and eat at room temp!

Buche de Noel

A chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate buttercream, formed to look like a Yule log.  Decorated with meringue mushrooms. * ingredient list to come*keep chilled!

Panettone

A traditional Christmas bread from Italy with a rich complex texture.  Studded with ground almonds, raisins, candied orange and lemon peel.  Plain is topped with whole almonds.  Chocolate has chunks of bittersweet chocolate.

Eclairs

Cherry Frangipane

A crisp tart shell filled with an almond cream that bakes up to a cake-like consistency, studded with tart cherries. *contains cherries, ground almond, butter, sugar, flour, egg, grand marnier (an orange liquer), flour, butter, sugar egg, lemon, salt *keep and eat at room temp!

Bittersweet chocolate tart

A crisp tart shell filled with a bittersweet chocolate ganache. *contains cream *should be kept chilled, but let sit out for 30 minutes/serve at room temp
